


Dr. Gerald Jones
Dr. Gerald Jones has been working within higher education for the past 18 years in multiple capacities including: student recruitment, grants, and student development. Gerald is a notable expert in student development and workforce productivity.
Gerald has an Ed.D in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Higher Education from the University of Central Florida. In addition to his formal education, he has gain other leadership training through the Greater Orlando Leadership Foundation (GOLF), The Chancellor’s Leadership Summit, as well as NASPA’s Aspiring Vice Presidents for Student Affairs Summit. Recently, Gerald was appointed by Florida’s Department of Education to serve on the Advisory Council to the College Reach Out Program (CROP).
In addition to his commitment to serving students through the Florida College System, Gerald is also a national keynote speaker and organizational leadership consultant. He has conducted training programs and leadership seminars for a variety of corporate, governmental and college institutions such as, Siemens Energy Inc., The Environmental Protection Agency and Texas A & M University.
Gerald possess a strong desire to see others finish what they started. As a first-generation college graduate, he fully understand the qualities needed to successfully complete short and long term goals.
Gerald is a native Floridian, and resides in the city beautiful, Orlando, Florida with his wife and daughter.
